I want to continue studying industrial design because it combines all of my favorite things, creativity and problem solving as well as tech but with an understanding of people. Since a long time, I have been interested in about how the objects are made and that why some product feel intuitive, useful & meaningful whereas other doesn jive. What attracts me to industrial design is that it's not just about aesthetics, but how can we do better in terms of people's living and working spaces, their mobility from place A to B as well as the way they interact with everything around them. Filter this through the right design, and it can influence human experience — from mundane products like chairs, phones, packaging & kitchen tools to more complex systems such as medical equipment or sustainable transport. I love the practice of recognizing a problem, then running user research, sketching out concepts 💭, trying prototypes 📦 and finally iterating towards something usable and considered. I like both the creative and practical side of this process. One of the things I enjoy most about Industrial Design is how it allows me to apply concepts from drawing, model-making, digital design and prototyping for developing materials and ergonomics as well as every aspect of manufacturing. I also focus on sustainable, socially responsible design With the world suffering from waste and climate, along with uN-equal opportunities within human resource utilization; designers must stand at driving force of all other products reliance on durability/repair/inclusivity/environmental considerations. I want to learn how to make design decisions where aesthetics and performance are not alone. I also consider impact, accessibility, and long-term value in my designs. Studying industrial design would give me the technical skill, creativity and critical distance necessary to make ideas become real solutions. I would love to be in studios, working with others getting feedback and a different perspective. I understand that good design is driven by curiosity, patience and experimentation; iteration-based research excites me, it challenges my ideas. In the end, that's why I want to study industrial design — because it is practical creativity. I aim to craft meaningful, ethicaland delightful products. I am inspired by the thought that something I make can solve a problem, ease everyday life or allow someone to consume and experience this world in an enhanced way.
